The Role
We are seeking a Global Product Manager – Patient Hygiene to join our team in Chorley. This pivotal role supports UK and international markets for our patient hygiene portfolio (currently valued at £22.5M). You will drive product lifecycle management, marketing strategy, and new product launches, working closely with sales teams, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full product lifecycle and category performance
- Develop global marketing plans and differentiated product positioning
- Create compelling content (sales collateral, videos, blogs, website copy)
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy
- Lead product launches and promotional campaigns
- Support sales teams with training tools and resources
- Drive product development projects and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Manage CRM campaigns and sales demand planning
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and clinical advisory boards
About You
Essential:
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical or healthcare markets (marketing or sales)
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Proven project and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel (UK & International – approx. 20%)
Desirable:
- CIM or Business/Marketing postgraduate qualification
- Knowledge of NHS and UK healthcare market; international experience a plus
- CRM platform experience; Power BI skills
