The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Validation Engineer to join our growing UK manufacturing operation. This is a key role with responsibility for ensuring compliance across process and software validation activities across all Vernacare sites. You will act as the subject matter expert for validation, working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure robust, compliant, and efficient validation practices throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the company SME for validation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards
- Develop, execute, and maintain validation master plans for equipment, processes, and systems
- Lead and perform IQ, OQ and PQ activities on new and existing equipment
- Support change management activities by identifying and delivering validation requirements
- Collaborate with engineering and site teams to support continuous improvement and compliance
About You:
- Proven experience of validation within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ and validation lifecycle principles
- Confident working across multiple processes and engaging with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Well organised, detail focused, and comfortable managing multiple validation activities
- Willingness to travel to Vernacare sites across the UK
