We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Worksop facility, playing a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

The Role

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support the Quality team in maintaining and improving our quality management systems and ensuring that products meet regulatory and customer requirements. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where your work will directly impact patient safety and product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
  • Support investigations into non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints
  • Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and records in line with regulatory standards
  • Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company procedures
  • Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to drive quality improvements

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role (manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of quality systems, standards, and compliance requirements
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • A methodical approach with strong organisational skills
  • Experience within healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 / ISO 13485)
  • Understanding of root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
