We’re Hiring! Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about helping people and their pets? Our independent small-animal practice is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to become an important part of our front‑of‑house team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answering phones and providing a warm, professional first point of contact.
  • Greeting and assisting clients at reception.
  • Managing the appointment diary and coordinating daily schedules.
  • Processing payments and handling administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the clinical team with a smooth day‑to‑day workflow.

About You:

  • Confident, calm, and compassionate with both clients and their pets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working on computers and learning new systems.
  • Experience in a veterinary or medical reception role is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
