Our School Based Adaptive Program is seeking one-on-one Behavior Interventionists (BI's) to join our growing team. A Bachelor’s degree or experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), education, or childcare is preferred. Staff training and professional development are a core value of our program, so no experience is required. We will train the right person to be a successful BI!
Candidates will be strong team players, solution oriented, communicative, flexible, and are excited to learn how to support students best through prescribed interventions under the theory of ABA. This position places candidates directly in public schools; however, this can be anywhere within Franklin & Grand Isle counties so flexibility with placement location is a must.
This position comes with 9 weeks of paid vacation including 3 - 4 weeks of vacation in the summer months, an additional 40 hours of paid time off annually to be used however you need it, a floating holiday (which could be used on your birthday!), and an extensive benefits package. This position qualifies for $5,000 of student loan forgiveness after successful completion of the 6-month introductory period as well as a $1000 sign on bonus for completing your first year of employment.
