Residential Behavior Interventionists work 12-hour shifts and availability during nights and weekends is required. Our Behavior Support Team is in search of dynamic candidates who can provide support to individuals with emotional and behavioral challenges, both within the community and at our 24/7 staffed residential homes.

Current Shifts Available:

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 8pm - 8am
  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday 8am - 8pm

We are seeking individuals who embody the following qualities:

  • A positive demeanor and a strong, supportive presence.
  • A willingness to engage individuals through therapeutic interventions.
  • The capability to create and maintain a highly structured, consistent, and therapeutic environment.

We are looking for candidates who have prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and/or mental health conditions. However, those with a background in supporting individuals experiencing significant behavioral changes in residential and community settings or more structured therapeutic environments are strongly preferred. Weekend availability is required, and candidates must possess a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
