We’re looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support our consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone newly qualified with a marketing degree, diploma, or apprenticeship who’s eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing health‑tech environment.

You will support day‑to‑day marketing activity, help create content, assist with campaigns, and learn how to communicate with both consumers and professional partners such as clinics and healthcare providers. You’ll help create and schedule content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, support email campaigns, write simple copy for blogs and product pages. You’ll also help prepare brochures and presentations for clinics and professional partners, update website content, support basic SEO tasks, maintain marketing calendars, and assist with analytics reporting.

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and ready to learn, with strong communication skills and an interest in digital marketing. Training and development opportunities are provided in a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of social media and digital marketing.
  • Comfortable using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, AI and similar.
  • Good organisation skills, ability to multi‑task and strong attention to detail.
  • A positive, initiative‑taking attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with relevant marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or similar in Marketing or a related field.

Salary range £25,000‑£28,000, 24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), pension. You should live Reading/Wokingham UK or close by as this role will become hybrid/office based in the future. Applicants that are not living in the UK will not be considered.
