Contract role in Islington, London N1. 3 days in / 2 days remote. Public sector. MUST BE UK BASED AND RIGHT TO WORK.

Data is only as powerful as the story it tells. In this role, you'll turn complaints and enquiry data into sharp, actionable insight that helps a major London organisation genuinely improve how it serves people.

What you'll actually do:

  • Own company-wide reporting for complaints, Members' and MPs' enquiries, statutory returns included.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that surface what really matters to decision-makers.
  • Dig into operational patterns, spot bottlenecks, and give directorates clear answers, not just numbers.
  • Automate regular KPI reporting and keep data quality tight across directorates.
  • Be the go-to expert for complaints data, working with stakeholders across the organisation.

What we're looking for:

  • Power BI / data visualisation.
  • SQL, Excel, Python or R.
  • Performance measurement frameworks.
  • Data cleaning & QA.
  • Clear written & verbal comms.
  • Degree in numerate field (or equivalent).

Pay rate: PAYE £25.12 /hr, Limited / Umbrella £32.80 /hr.
