The Organisation
Barnet Council's Family Services team is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support a temporary peak in workload. This is an inside IR35 engagement, working 36 hours per week on a hybrid basis from their Colindale office.
The Role
You will be joining a busy children's disabilities team, providing occupational therapy assessments and interventions for children and young people with a range of disabilities. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to care plans and supporting families to achieve the best outcomes for their children.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC
- Experience working with children with disabilities is essential – candidates with an adult-only background will not be considered for this post
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced local authority environment

- Hours: 36 hours per week

Rates
- PAYE: £29.06 per hour
- Limited / Umbrella: £39.93 per hour
