This is a newly created senior role with a scale-up that helps clients embed data at the heart of their business strategy — specialising in measurement, privacy and activation across the Google Marketing Platform. You'll join as an early team member with real influence over how the agency grows, not just another hire filling a seat.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partnering with clients to define and develop measurement strategy
  • Leading analytics audits for new business, and delivering full GA4 configurations
  • Working directly with client developers to design dataLayer schemas
  • Implementing GA4 across GTM, Tealium and other tag management platforms
  • Owning client relationships as a true partner — not a supplier
  • Line managing and mentoring a small delivery team
  • Staying ahead of trends and innovation across web analytics and data

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years' hands-on experience, working at expert level with GA4 — essential
  • Strong GTM knowledge — essential
  • Broader GMP experience: BigQuery, Looker Studio, DV360, SA360
  • A track record delivering technically complex projects across varied industries
  • Comfort with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Python or HTML
