The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Data & BI Lead to drive technical leadership across Business Intelligence platforms and support evolution toward modern Data & AI capabilities. This is a hands-on role managing offshore BI teams, ensuring operational stability, and delivering new BI demand while maintaining business-critical reporting cycles.
What You’ll Do
- Lead offshore BI development and support teams on a day-to-day basis
- Own periodic reporting cycles (daily/weekly/monthly) ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Deliver new BI requirements through established operating models without disrupting core operations
- Provide technical expertise across Power BI, SSAS Cubes, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, and HVR
- Collaborate with emerging Data & AI teams to shape future capabilities
- Maintain platform health, data quality, and performance optimization
What You’ll Need
- 8-12 years in Data/BI/Analytics roles
- 3+ years in a technical leadership position
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, SSAS, Snowflake, ADF, and HVR
- Proven track record running enterprise BI operations and reporting cycles
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and analytics best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across time zones
Nice to Have
- Experience with modern data platforms, AI/ML analytics, or cloud-native services
- Background in offshore or multi-vendor delivery environments
- Agile or hybrid delivery model experience
