Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our dynamic team, located in Manchester near the Coop Live Arena / Etihad Stadium. The Server will contribute significantly to our mission of providing luxurious dining experiences in a captivating environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a warm, confident and welcoming attitude.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items to provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintaining cleanliness.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables for optimal guest experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge is Asian cuisine is an advantage.
• Be well presented, charismatic and be able to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with upselling techniques is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
