We're looking for a Product & Propositions Executive to support the development, governance and ongoing management of our insurance products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in product management, customer insight and proposition development within a regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support product development, customer journey improvements and change initiatives.
- Assist with product governance, documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Analyse product performance and customer insights to support proposition enhancements.
- Manage product enquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders.
- Support policy wording updates, insurer onboarding and customer communications.
Essential
- Experience in a product, proposition, operations, compliance, analytical or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse information and communicate effectively.

- Experience within insurance or financial services.
