We are seeking a Risk Analyst/Officer who will support the Enterprise Risk Management Team with the build, delivery and maintenance of the Risk Management Framework. You will be involved in all the key components and methodologies of the Risk Management Framework, working with the business and other risk officers to embed a robust risk management culture. You would also be supporting the ERM in the upkeep and development of the Risk Management System and supporting the Risk Champions across the group in the identification, management and reporting of risks and controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and effectively operating the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
- Support the preparation and production of timely, accurate and insightful risk reporting, including KRI's and risks/controls for submission to various Risk Committees.
- Maintenance and development of the Risk Management System in line with ERM Framework, including training and support to business and wider Risk & Compliance Team.
- Working with the Risk Partners and Risk Champions to ensure a consistent review process of risk registers, including oversight of outputs and enhancements.
- Review risk and control self-assessment outputs, providing analysis and reporting, as required.
- Provide support with development of key components of the ERM Framework and accurate documentation of processes.
