- Proposition Design: Creating innovative solutions to engage customers and develop propositions suitable for respective target market(s).
- Contractual Frameworks: Capturing detailed requirements to ensure quality drafting and negotiation of Commercial Schedules.
- Commercial Modelling: Contribute to the P&L models for each new deal, defining commission structures, and performance-related penalties/bonuses through collaboration with finance and respective P&L owners.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Architect the performance metrics (e.g., call answering times, quote accuracy, renewal rates) that define and meet SLA requirements.
- Product Governance: Coordinate the "fair value" assessments for each new partnership, ensuring the product meets the needs of the target audience as per FCA requirements.
- Legal Liaison: Act as the primary interface between the Sales team and the Legal/Compliance departments to ensure contracts are executed swiftly without compromising on risk.
