We're looking for a Product & Propositions Executive to support the development, governance and ongoing management of our insurance products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in product management, customer insight and proposition development within a regulated environment.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support product development, customer journey improvements and change initiatives.
  • Assist with product governance, documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse product performance and customer insights to support proposition enhancements.
  • Manage product enquiries and provide guidance to stakeholders.
  • Support policy wording updates, insurer onboarding and customer communications.

Essential

  • Experience in a product, proposition, operations, compliance, analytical or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse information and communicate effectively.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn in a regulated environment.

Desirable

  • Experience within insurance or financial services.
  • Exposure to product governance, customer journeys or regulatory documentation.
  • Knowledge of comparison sites such as Defaqto or Moneyfacts.
  • Motor insurance experience would be advantageous.
