We are looking for a Commercial Renewals Partner to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for existing customers, ensuring contracts are renewed on time, revenue is retained, and opportunities for growth (upsell/cross-sell) are identified.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the renewal lifecycle (typically 90–180 days pre-expiry)
  • Ensure timely and accurate contract renewals
  • Forecast renewal pipeline and revenue
  • Build relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Understand customer value realization and outcomes
  • Address risks that could impact renewal
  • Handle pricing, discounting, and commercial terms
  • Work with procurement and legal teams where required
  • Minimise churn and maximise retention rates
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Partner with Account Executives / Sales for expansion
