Role Purpose:
Working as part of the Commercial Team, our overall objective is to achieve operational targets in respect of Sales, Renewals and Adjustments for the relevant products, whilst providing excellent customer service. These targets will include volume of premium transactions, customer satisfaction levels, and document turnaround times.
You will be an instrumental part of our team with targets including the number of customer contacts made, leads obtained, quotations provided, sales generated as well as quality levels in relation to compliance and customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Expand the client base by proactively sourcing new business opportunities across a wide variety of Commercial products.
- Assessing client demands and needs, analysing risks, and recommending appropriate business area to contact.
- Provide detailed updates on sales performance and prospecting activity, highlighting key wins and action plan for the upcoming period.
- Achieve and exceed all personal, team, and departmental performance targets, maintaining a focus on productivity and business growth.
- Ensuring that all communications with customers are accurately recorded in line with the Company's Procedures.
- Ensure continuous professional development by participating in training, e-learns and courses and recording CPD points.
- Attending and contributing to meetings and team briefings.
- The observance of Markerstudy Business compliance procedures.
- Visiting new and existing customers when required to ensure professional relationships are maintained.
- Proactively enhancing client / partner relationships.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Division by performing any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Recent Sales and/or Commercial Insurance experience.
- Full UK driving licence.

- You're open to feedback and proactively champion change.
