We are looking for a Commercial Renewals Partner to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for existing customers, ensuring contracts are renewed on time, revenue is retained, and opportunities for growth (upsell/cross-sell) are identified.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the renewal lifecycle (typically 90–180 days pre-expiry)
  • Ensure timely and accurate contract renewals
