This is largely a remote role with travel to Manchester or Peterborough when required. We are looking for a Senior Product Propositions Manager who will provide strategic oversight and leadership for product and proposition activity across one or more product areas, supporting the commercial strategy and long term performance of the business. The role owns customer understanding, propositions and governance outcomes, ensuring products are competitive, compliant, customer centric and commercially effective across their lifecycle. Acting as a senior subject matter expert, the role partners closely with Product Owners, commercial leaders, risk, compliance and delivery teams, while providing guidance and oversight to managers and executives within the Product Proposition function.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy and insight: Understand customer needs, market dynamics and competitors, using insights to shape product, proposition and portfolio strategy.
- Drive product and proposition development: Oversee customer journey design, acquisition, distribution and performance analysis, prioritising strategic initiatives and improvements.
- Lead governance and compliance: Maintain accountability for product governance, regulatory adherence, customer outcomes.
