Are you an experienced pricing professional ready to lead and innovate? Tradex Insurance Company Limited is seeking a Senior Pricing Manager to shape and deliver our pricing strategy. In this high-impact Group role, you’ll lead a talented team and oversee pricing across Tradex and our broader network, including Soteria and the Saturn Group.

As Senior Pricing Manager, you’ll:
- Set and deliver pricing strategy across Tradex products.
- Lead and develop a team of pricing professionals.
- Oversee model governance, pricing tools, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with MISL, Clegg Gifford, and other strategic partners.
- Maintain pricing adequacy, accuracy, and compliance with FCA and other regulatory standards.
