As part of Saturn Holdings Ltd., you’ll work closely with teams across the group and play a pivotal role in enhancing profitability and driving business insight through data-led decision-making. What You\’ll Be Doing: Lead performance analysis across business classes, schemes, and distribution channels. Drive strategic actions to support performance vs. forecast – including pricing, loss ratio, and combined operating ratio initiatives. Build and manage oversight frameworks with key outsourcing partners such as Markerstudy and MISL. Deliver insight to Board and Executive Committees via high-impact reporting and MI. Influence and support initiatives across customer experience, compliance, and product performance. Embed Consumer Duty principles throughout the performance strategy. What We’re Looking For: Experience managing P&L in Personal or Commercial Lines insurance. Proven success in performance/portfolio management within insurance supply chains. Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement. Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or similar).
