We're Hiring: Performance Manager
Are you ready to take ownership of performance strategy and drive results at one of the UK's most dynamic insurance providers? Tradex Insurance Company PLC is looking for an experienced and analytical Performance Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our portfolio performance.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead performance analysis across business classes, schemes, and distribution channels.
- Drive strategic actions to support performance vs. forecast – including pricing, loss ratio, and combined operating ratio initiatives.
- Build and manage oversight frameworks with key outsourcing partners such as Markerstudy and MISL.
- Deliver insight to Board and Executive Committees via high-impact reporting and MI.
- Influence and support initiatives across customer experience, compliance, and product performance.
- Embed Consumer Duty principles throughout the performance strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience managing P&L in Personal or Commercial Lines insurance.
- Proven success in performance/portfolio management within insurance supply chains.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder engagement.
- Degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
