Fantastic opportunity to join the 4th Largest insurance provider in the UK, in Chesterfield, as a part-time temporary Receptionist/ admin assistant. This is a temp-perm role so you will be temping for 12 weeks before being offered a permanent position. The role is due to start ASAP and offers 20 hours' work each week.

Support health and safety tasks like maintaining records, monitoring contractor compliance, and helping with DSE assessments. Provide reception cover during lunch breaks and holidays, greeting visitors, managing calls, and handling mail and deliveries.

Looking for someone organized and reliable to help with reception and some health & safety admin tasks across two teams. You will be the friendly face at reception during lunch breaks and holidays, keeping things running smoothly. Help keep the workplace safe by supporting safety-related admin work. Make sure visitors and staff have a warm, professional experience at reception. A key part of the team, helping everything stay compliant and welcoming.
