Job Description

Infrastructure Junior TechnicianLocation: BrentwoodAre you a technically savvy and motivated individual ready to kickstart or build on your career in IT? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Infrastructure Junior Technician to join our dynamic Operations team in Brentwood. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of IT systems, support internal users, and contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support via the Service Desk and third-party support providers (e.g., Wanstor)
  • Log, manage, and escalate IT tickets as needed
  • Support user onboarding and offboarding, including system access and hardware setup
  • Perform routine checks, backups, and health monitoring of IT systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and inventories
  • Assist with security updates and ensure infrastructure is up to date
  • Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure improvements and projects
