Job Description
- Provide first-line technical support via the Service Desk and third-party support providers (e.g., Wanstor)
- Log, manage, and escalate IT tickets as needed
- Support user onboarding and offboarding, including system access and hardware setup
- Perform routine checks, backups, and health monitoring of IT systems
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventories
- Assist with security updates and ensure infrastructure is up to date
- Collaborate with the IT team on infrastructure improvements and projects
