Working hours: Monday to Friday, covering hours between 8am - 6pm (shifts 8-4:30pm, 9:30am - 6pm), 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am - 3:30pm, and 1 shift per week 10:30am - 7:30pm.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
- Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages, and potential fraud.
- Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear, confident way – feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
- Organising suitable replacement vehicles.
