The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 € per year.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation to be able to work from our Manchester office 1-2 times a week. This is a great opportunity to support the Change team in translating Business Plans into Change Roadmaps, running strategic planning cycles, and co-ordinating Functional Improvement activity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working closely with the Associate Director of Change Strategy and the PMO team.
  • Working with stakeholders across various functions to understand their business objectives and plan.
  • Producing high level change roadmaps providing forward visibility of strategic changes, aligned to those objectives.
  • Producing transparent, fact-based information into key Change decision making forums to drive optimal investment decisions.
  • Supporting quarterly and annual strategic planning processes.
  • Researching, preparing and refining various presentations and stakeholder updates.
  • Managing specific improvements to Change Function processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working in a Change, Finance or a Strategy Function, ideally in Financial Services, Retail or Technology.
  • Positive attitude, able to quickly enter a complex environment, understand it and break it into more manageable chunks.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel and producing presentations.
