Our client is seeking an Account Handler which is predominately a customer service role providing administrative support to the Insurance Executives, to enhance strong customer relationships that result in high levels of retention by the delivery of excellent customer service. This is a Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, role (35hrs per week), with an hour for lunch break and based in the Ashford office. Duties to include: The preparation of initial policy and renewal reviews, ensuring all relevant and accurate information is collated in advance Attending or undertaking client meetings as required Manage post review meeting actions – processing changes, checking documentation, drafting post-call reports, obtaining and communicating the quotes and terms Identify and action opportunities for cross-sales for existing clients and other Financial Services products Process customer's payments in line with relevant policies and procedures Arrange and provide appropriate advice on general insurance products ensuring customers have the best policies to cover their requirementsEssential requirements: Proven track record in excellent customer service and relationship building Use of Microsoft Office or similar CRM systems Manage own workload and have the ability to work well under pressure Must have a full, clean driving licence and have their own vehicle, which is a must!Benefits: Salary is £22,000 to £24,000 per annum, dependant on experience 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays The option to buy or sell 5 days after probation Birthday day off Health Shield cash-back plan Death in service Free parking Friday fruit deliveryFull training provided (may include additional travel and staying away from home in order to attend training courses).
