Main purpose of job
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will be at the heart of our client service operation, providing vital support to both clients and the financial planning team. You'll help coordinate client meetings, prepare documentation, process applications, and act as a point of contact for queries from clients and providers. Your attention to detail will help ensure records are accurate, business is processed efficiently, and clients receive a high standard of service throughout their relationship with the company.

Key Accountabilities
- Preparing and managing client documentation for both new business and ongoing servicing requirements.
- Processing new business and tracking applications to ensure completion in a timely manner.
- Liaising with providers and other third parties to support the delivery of financial planning services.
- Maintaining accurate client records and workflow systems in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Supporting the wider financial planning team to deliver an efficient and high-quality client experience.
- Ensuring all administration activities are completed accurately, compliantly and within agreed service standards.
Essential Qualifications
- Working towards professional qualifications (either the Certificate in Financial Services or the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning).

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Experience working within Financial Services, Pensions or Wealth Management.
