As a member of our Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will have an integral role in driving the insights, operations, and strategy that enables Sales to run better, faster, and smarter. You will be joining the Sales Strategy and Operations team as a high impact contributor, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, processes, and data that makes the engine of this Sales organization hum.
What You'll Do
- Strategy & ops partnership with leadership: be the strategy and operational partner with sales leaders to develop strategies and the tactics that underpin them; partner with sales leaders to operationalize the strategy daily.
- Driving actionable (analytical) insight: work in Salesforce, Google Sheets / Excel, and AI tools daily; identify bottlenecks, root causes, and potential solutions through dialogue with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implementing operational improvements: own current workflows and processes across a wide variety of stakeholders; responsible for relevant pipegen numbers, partner selection, and key systems in EMEA.
- Roll up sleeves to drive direct impact daily; balance short-term problem solving with long-term building.
What You Bring
- High-impact self-starter with initiative to move projects forward and ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and gain buy-in from senior leadership.
- Strong analytical skills: data-driven and capable of structuring analyses to answer business questions; familiarity with data architecture; Excel required; SQL / Tableau / Looker a plus.
- Process and operational thinking: ability to tackle problems independently, iterate to solutions, and document them clearly; Salesforce experience a plus.
- Communication and stakeholder management: ability to collaborate with sales reps and engineers to build processes and measure performance; strong written and verbal communication.
- Flexibility and hustle: manage change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment; comfortable pivoting.
- 3+ years of professional experience (ideally in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a startup); bachelor’s or master’s from a top school preferred.
- Previous Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy experience a plus.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site five days per week.

Annual Pay Range
Estimated Annual Pay Range: $125,000—$165,000 USD.
