By having marketing automate a lot of the cold outbound, reps can focus on real conversations with high‑level prospects rather than spend hours trying to get a hold of them. Each rep is able to set more than 80 demos per month with a ~45% conversion to opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify and convert a high volume of marketing leads into sales‑ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
  • Partner with marketing to provide immediate campaign feedback and input on future campaign strategy
  • Master tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Cognism to maximize productivity
  • Develop extensive product knowledge to provide detailed insight to prospects
  • Achieve and push the limits of your quota, territory revenue, and growth objectives
  • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
