About the Role
We think about our Inside Sales Representative program differently than that of most SDR programs. By having marketing automate a lot of the cold outbound, reps can focus on real conversations with high‑level prospects rather than spend hours trying to get a hold of them. Each rep is able to set more than 80 demos/month (@ ~45% conversion to opportunities).
What You’ll Do
- Qualify and convert a high volume of marketing leads into sales‑ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives
- Partner with marketing to provide immediate campaign feedback and input on future campaign strategy
- Master tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Cognism to maximize productivity
- Develop extensive product knowledge to provide detailed insight to prospects
- Achieve and push the limits of your quota, territory revenue, and growth objectives
- Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
What You Bring
- The ability to speak English and Dutch fluently
