As the Field Marketing Manager for Northern Europe, youâll own Verkadaâs regional presence and play a key role in expanding our footprint across EMEA. Youâll work closely with a fun, collaborative marketing and sales team. We are committed to a thriving office culture; the role requires you to be onsite in our London office 5 days per week.
What Youâll Do
- Serve as the âCMOâ for your territoryâowning regional marketing strategy while executing a diversified program mix that includes Verkadaâhosted events, regional trade shows, webinars, and other demandâgenerating initiatives.
- Become the âgoâtoâ person for marketing in the Benelux and Nordic regions, and act as the advocate/evangelist for our marketing strategy.
- Partner and develop a trusted peer relationship with the Regional Sales Directors, EMEA Marketing Leadership and crossâfunctional leaders on the overall strategy and expected marketing results.
- Build faceâtoâface relationships with these stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Demonstrate ability to build relationships with European customers and thoughtâleadership bodies, and use this input to enhance marketing outcomes.
- Refine field marketing strategies & processes.
- Develop and plan the regional field marketing plan to meet customer, growth, and revenue objectives for your region.
- Execute bestâinâclass region and local language campaigns, both direct and with partners.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to tactically engage key target accounts.
- Devise and execute marketing experiments to meet the unique requirements of your region and scale and automate successful campaigns that have shown strong ROI.
- Closely track budgets, lead flow and followâup, and results against goals.
- Communicate status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of events marketing and demand generation experience in B2B, preferably with a fastâgrowing tech company.
- Experience working across Northern Europe.
- Proven track record executing innovative and multiâpart event and demand generation programs.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, including a high level of expertise using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data.
- Ability to travel as needed to events & conferences.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, technology, or sciences.

- A selfâstarter approach, willing to have full ownership of your region and projects from day one.
- Understanding of how to work with Value Added Resellers and Distributors.
- Ability to partner with and provide consultative input to senior sales leaders.
- Ability to engage customers and partners in dialogue about their business needs and security solutions.
