Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, preferably in fintech or a related industry
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and databases (SQL and No SQL)
- Understanding of Saa S architecture and experience building scalable, secure applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms using Python, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or other relevant frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into our Saa S platform
- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization to ensure high accuracy and performance
- Evaluate and fine-tune models to improve accuracy and performance
- Integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure scalability and reliability
- Research and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques, including natural language processing (NLP), time-series analysis, and reinforcement learning
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI/ML solutions in a cloud-based environment
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI/ML and fintech trends to drive innovation within the company
