A major UK financial services organisation is looking for a senior technology leader to drive its next phase of transformation.This is a newly created role sitting within the CTO leadership team, with responsibility for shaping cloud strategy, building platform engineering capability and leading the evolution of the modern workplace.You'll own the technology strategy that connects Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, workplace technology and engineering platforms into a single operating model.The environment is complex. There is a significant legacy estate, multiple technology delivery models and an ambitious roadmap that includes cloud adoption, platform engineering, workplace modernisation and AI-enabled productivity.This role is not simply about infrastructure transformation.
