Role Overview
As a Domiciliary Carer, you will provide essential care and support to individuals within their homes. You will assist clients with daily living tasks, personal care, and other needs as identified in their individual care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with a range of needs, disabilities, and conditions.
- Assist clients with toileting, continence management, bathing, and personal hygiene.
- Support clients in getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.
- Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans and training.
- Prepare meals and drinks, considering dietary requirements and preferences.
- Perform light household duties such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
- Complete accurate care notes and records following each visit.
- Observe health and safety protocols and promptly report any concerns to the Field Care Supervisor.
