We are seeking a Care Coordinator to manage care workers, schedule visits, monitor quality, support HR and liaise with stakeholders. The role ensures compliance with CQC and delivers high‑standard care for home‑based service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept and distribute care packages, assign care workers, produce rotas.
- Maintain complete care plans and worker files.
- Use electronic monitoring software to track attendance and visit timeliness.
- Arrange care reviews and risk assessments with field supervisor.
- Conduct telephone monitoring, service‑user visits and ensure service quality.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Support HR in recruiting and supervisions of care workers.
- Represent the company in meetings with officials and service commissioners.
- Attend training events and keep industry knowledge up to date.
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and uphold care standards.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Care Coordinator/ Supervisor in a domiciliary care setting.
- Level 2 Diploma for Health and Social Care (QCF) or equivalent.
- Strong organisational, communication, problem‑solving, detail orientation skills.
- High integrity, reliability, and proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
Desirable Qualifications
- Familiarity with Care Planner or other relevant software.
- Prior experience as a care worker.
- Full UK driving licence.
