Verity Healthcare is looking for an experienced Care Manager or Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary care services and ensure the highest standards of person-centred care for clients in the community. This opportunity is ideal for a strong leader with hands-on domiciliary care experience and solid knowledge of CQC compliance and care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day care operations
  • Manage, support, and mentor care staff
  • Develop and review personalised care plans
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders
  • Manage schedules, records, and resources effectively

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Care Manager or Registered Care Manager
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Experience with CQC inspections is highly desirable
