We’re Hiring: Registered Care Manager / Care Manager

Verity Healthcare is looking for an experiencedRegistered Care Manager or Care Managerto take a key leadership role within our domiciliary care services in Milton Keynes.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in their career, lead a dedicated team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and passionate about maintaining high standards of care, while also having a strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.

The Role

As Care Manager / Registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and development of the domiciliary care service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality domiciliary care.
  • Leading, managing and motivating a team of care professionals.
  • Supporting staff development, performance and training.
  • Developing, reviewing and maintaining personalised care plans.
  • Ensuring the service operates in line with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
  • Monitoring the quality and safety of care being delivered.
  • Maintaining accurate care records, schedules and operational documentation.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, staff and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting audits, inspections and quality assurance processes.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and helping to continuously develop the service.
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures and best-practice standards are consistently followed.

About You

We are looking for an experienced care professional who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as aCare Manager or Registered Care Manager.
  • Strong experience withindomiciliary/homecare services.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or currently working towards it.
  • Strong knowledge ofCQC regulations, compliance and care standards.
  • Experience supporting or preparing for CQC inspections is highly desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational abilities.
  • The confidence to make decisions and manage challenging situations.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
