We are looking for passionate and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our enthusiastic team of domiciliary carers. Salary & Contract Details

  • Full-Time Contract: 45 hours per week
  • Part-Time Contract: 25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities from door to door.
  • Assist clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene.
  • Help clients get up in the morning and go to bed at night.
  • Support clients with medication as detailed in their care assessments.
  • Maintain accurate records concerning care and medication support provided.
  • Prepare food and drink based on clients’ preferences, nutritional needs, and cultural requirements.
  • Perform light household duties such as cleaning and laundry as per the care plan.
  • Follow all health & safety regulations and promote safe working practices.
  • Carry out any other duties requested by senior management within the scope of the role.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining dignity and privacy.
  • Ability to administer medication safely and follow detailed care plans.
  • Knowledge of hoists, mobility aids, and safe transfer techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building trust with clients and families.
  • Competence in maintaining accurate care logs and digital record systems.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and maintaining clear boundaries at all times.
