Verity Healthcare is expanding and we're looking for passionate professionals to join our growing domiciliary care team.
Registered Care Manager / Care Manager Lead our domiciliary care service, oversee daily operations, manage and support staff, ensure CQC compliance, complete care assessments and reviews, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:- Previous Care Manager/Registered Care Manager experience
- Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with CQC inspections is desirable
- Previous Domiciliary Experience
Domiciliary Care Coordinator Coordinate care staff rotas, allocate care workers, liaise with service users and carers, support compliance, conduct spot checks, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.
Requirements:- Previous domiciliary care experience (essential)
- Care coordination/scheduling experience (desirable)
- Good knowledge of CQC standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
