Registered Care Manager / Care Manager

  • Lead our domiciliary care service
  • Oversee daily operations
  • Manage and support staff
  • Ensure CQC compliance
  • Complete care assessments and reviews
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous Care Manager/Registered Care Manager experience
  • Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience with CQC inspections is desirable
  • Previous Domiciliary Experience

Domiciliary Care Coordinator

  • Coordinate care staff rotas
  • Allocate care workers
  • Liaise with service users and carers
  • Support compliance
  • Conduct spot checks
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service

Requirements:

  • Previous domiciliary care experience (essential)
  • Care coordination/scheduling experience (desirable)
  • Good knowledge of CQC standards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
