Registered Care Manager / Care Manager
- Lead our domiciliary care service
- Oversee daily operations
- Manage and support staff
- Ensure CQC compliance
- Complete care assessments and reviews
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous Care Manager/Registered Care Manager experience
- Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with CQC inspections is desirable
- Previous Domiciliary Experience
Domiciliary Care Coordinator
- Coordinate care staff rotas
- Allocate care workers
- Liaise with service users and carers
- Support compliance
- Conduct spot checks
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service
