Our client, an established law firm, is seeking a conveyancing secretary to support a very busy partner. The position is available to start immediately. Duties will include, opening files, performing searches and completion statements, post exchange completion administration, completing SDLT forms, communicating with clients and third parties and internal staff. Previous conveyancing experience is essential together with excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and very friendly team.
