Our client, an established law firm, is seeking a conveyancing secretary to support a very busy partner. The position is available to start immediately.

Duties will include:

  • Opening files
  • Performing searches and completion statements
  • Post exchange completion administration
  • Completing SDLT forms
  • Communicating with clients and third parties and internal staff

Previous conveyancing experience is essential together with excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and very friendly team.
