Our client, an established law firm, is seeking a conveyancing secretary to support a very busy partner. The position is available to start immediately.
Duties will include:
- Opening files
- Performing searches and completion statements
- Post exchange completion administration
- Completing SDLT forms
- Communicating with clients and third parties and internal staff
Previous conveyancing experience is essential together with excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
