Due to the continued expansion of the business, we are looking to appoint a Business Support Manager. This new role will support the senior leadership team and oversee all the operational aspects of the business. Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for managing the business support team and the effective delivery of a range of business-related support functions and activities.
We’re looking for applicants who can manage their own time and have good organisational and communication skills. Candidates should have experience managing an administrative or business support function. You will hold a relevant professional qualification at level 5 or above, for example, Chartered Management Institute (CMI) or Chartered Institute of Personnel (CIPD).
The package includes membership of a generous pension scheme and 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after five years of service. We also offer flexible working arrangements, including the possibility of hybrid working.
