Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in an IT support role, preferably at second line level
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop and server environments
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
  • Understanding of networking principles, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Experience with Azure AD, Intune, or cloud services is desirable
  • Relevant certifications such as Comp TIA, Microsoft, or ITIL are desirable
  • Experience with hosted PBXs is desirable
  • Full driving licence is desirable
  • Apple Mac mac OS experience is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key escalation point for first-line support
  • Handle escalated tickets and provide remote and onsite technical support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange environments
  • Support server administration and virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper‑V
  • Monitor and maintain system performance and backups
  • Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on IT projects and improvements
