Responsibilities
- Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Respond to customer enquiries.
- Take inbound calls & make outbound calls.
- Deal with any customer complaints.
- Interpret customer concerns and comments.
- Liaise with customers and keep them updated.
- Advise customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles.
- Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and successfully managed.
