As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant, you will design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors solutions to solve business process requirements within the Human Resource and Talent space.
Location: This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME; Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $138,000 - $185,000 depending on experience. In some rare cases, compensation below or above that range may be offered.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular periodic sessions with Client to discuss progress of the Implementation
- Conduct strategy sessions with clients by identifying the client's current process and future state needs
- Lead a team of consultants
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors product-suite configuration options, integration points and best practices
- Mentor new consultants and monitor their process on shadow/learning assignments
- Participate in demo sessions for sales meetings with prospective clients
- Provide regular feedback to management on the development and performance of the consulting team
Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors Certifications: Associate or Professional Employee Central Certification
- Additional SAP SuccessFactors Certifications (ideal but not required)
- SAP SuccessFactors Experience: 3 - 4 years
- Project Experience: Led 3 - 4+ projects, Involved in 7+ projects
