Shift Pattern: 12 days on, 2 days off - 07:00-15:30

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit an energetic and passionate person to join the team on Hilltop Farm. This colleague would work closely with the Farm Manager, supporting the running of the rearing farm. The key aspects of this role would include:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of bird welfare inclusive of aspects such as water management, feed, temperature and light
  • Adhere to highest standards of health, safety and environment, following all Noble and industry procedures, including maintaining bio-security standards and cleaning schedules
  • Ensure the site is audit ready at all times
  • Cover the Farm Manager during periods of annual leave

The role involves manual handling, bending and working outside. Must have own transport as this particular site is very remote without public transport links.
