Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday

Reports to: Agriculture Systems and Standards Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to assess and drive compliance for industry, retailer and brand standards across our company and contract producer base.

Key Accountabilities of the role – What I do IT

(The below is not exhaustive)

* Carry out Noble Foods Farm assessment on both company and contracted farms within own region on a six-monthly basis to establish compliance levels against the following:
o BEIC Lion code (both subscriber and self-audit)
o RSPCA
o TESCO
o M&S
o McDonalds
o Happy Egg Co
o Purely Organic
o Environmental sustainability

* Take Ownership to ensure all non-conformances are actioned, resolved, and logged within agreed timeframes.

* Carry out Noble Foods Farm assessment at least twice annually within other regions as defined by the Agriculture systems and Standards Manager to ensure the process is maintained on a transparent and consistent basis.

* Provide feedback and challenge on audit requirements and practices to the Agriculture Systems and Standards manager to support the continuous improvement of the Noble Foods farms assessment process

Health & Safety responsibilities

* Follow the health and safety policies and procedures and report any hazards, incidents, or injuries to the team leader or manager and use the personal protective equipment and clothing provided.

* Cooperate with the team leader or manager on health and safety matters.

* Participate in health and safety training and induction.

Social & Environmental responsibilities

* Demonstrate awareness of the social and environmental impact of your work and strive to minimise any negative effects.

* Follow the company\’s policies and guidelines on sustainability, ethics, diversity and inclusion, and health and safety.

* Support your team members and collaborate with other colleagues to achieve the company\’s social and environmental goals.

Skills, Knowledge & experience

* Data Analysis, ability to review, analyse and report on data to identify issue and make recommendations.

* Experience with assessing farm operations to ensure compliance with regulations.

* Excellent integrity, looking to maintain the highest of standards.

* Ability to effectively communicate and influence. Being able to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders and Ability to work with integrity to conduct audits without influence.
